Mountainbike

Since 1986, Koga has been building mountain bikes with a passion, spurred on when in 1991 Greg Herbold won the World Championships on a Koga. Fans today will have seen the Kogas of the Nissan Mountainbike Team in gruelling international marathons Critically selected components achieve weight reductions in all the right places for 2010: for example lightweight Mavic rims and Schwalbe tyres. Brands including Ritchey and Selle Italia speak for themselves, as do our own lightweight frames, quality forks and high quality groupsets. Both the design details and our usual demanding quality standards will stand riders in good stead when it comes to race day. The result is all-round riding machines which even on the roughest trail do exactly what you demand. |

Comfort
| The distinctive design of Koga’s Comfort range really speaks for itself. But you can only properly experience the quality by taking a ride to feel for yourself the plush ride quality, the relaxed riding position and the hugely functional ease of use. To achieve this Koga has developed innovative technologies such as the internal, lightweight front suspension fork, which helps relax wrists and shoulders, and the astonishingly Rayo automatic front light, with motion and light sensor as well as a front standlight. And with our long sporting tradition we are careful to ensure that our fully equipped bikes weigh not one gram more than they must. Within the Comfort range you can choose from models with hub gearing systems and closed chaincases, or with lighter-weight derailleur gearing and chainguards. |
Electric
| Koga’s E-Bike range comprises probably the finest electric bikes in existence. The battery is concealed within the frame so that it is hard to tell that this isn’t just a conventional cycle but a so-called e-bike, or more precisely a bike with electrical pedal assistance. The motor too is tucked away almost invisibly within the hub, and it works absolutely silently. The E-Bike range offers you a selection of electric bikes which are in a class of their own. The ION pedal assist system is intelligent, invisible and offers a whole new riding experience.
