BE CAREFUL WITH INTERNET SALES
Sometimes new Koga-Miyata bikes are offered via the Internet but from dealers who are not registered as official dealers for the Koga-Miyata brand (and hence are not allowed to call themselves 'Selected Koga Dealer" or 'Koga Full Range Dealer').

These dealers entice customers with especially attractive prices. But the true cost is only apparent after buying in this way, namely if you require service or need to make a claim under warranty, because it becomes very complicated in such a case to send the bike back to the relevant supplier for that purpose.

But these matters are handled proper if on the other hand you decide to buy from a Selected Koga Dealer or Full Range Dealer in your neighbourhood. We therefore advise you to always buy your Koga-Miyata bike from an official Koga Selected and/or Full Range Dealer: only then can you guarantee getting quick and expert service and proper maintenance.
