Do I have a warranty on a used bike?

A warranty may apply, provided you have the original purchase receipt for the bike.

I can’t resolve my complaint/warranty claim with my dealer. What can I do?

The initial assessment is carried out by the KOGA dealer. If any queries arise, he or she can ask our technicians. If there is any doubt or dispute, the dealer can send the component in question for assessment by the service and warranty department. In case of warranty/goodwill, the dealer will be reimbursed with the cost of the component. No compensation will be made without the involvement of the dealer.
